These terms outline our mutual commitments to ensure a safe, supportive, and seamless experience for our community. Please review this document carefully, as it establishes the professional guidelines for our retreats and online platforms.
Legal Framework
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms.
2. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Four Path Yoga and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Four Path Yoga. Content provided during retreats is strictly for personal use.
3. Refund Policy
All retreat and event deposits are completely non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start date may be eligible for a partial credit toward future events, at our sole discretion. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event, or for failure to attend.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Four Path Yoga, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
